Admission Requirements for residential treatment (RT)
Potential client must apply in writing by mail, e-mail, or fax.
Please include the following in your letter:
a.) Alcohol and/or drug history
b.) Civil and criminal history (this includes any past convictions and current case (s) pending)
c.) Physical and mental health history (previous medication in the past five years and any current medications); include past and present mental status, including diagnosis
d.) In your own words a brief summary of why you are seeking long term treatment
e.) Contact information, including phone number
RT does have a waiting list. Once your letter has been received you will automatically be placed on the waiting list to be contacted by the Intake Coordinator for an interview.
RT does require an admission fee. Clients from Tennessee may be covered by funding from the state. Treatment costs beyond the first phase of treatment are covered by client work.
