Job Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls to the facility.
- Maintain efficient filing system, appropriately creating, compiling, and filing charts for record-keeping.
- Greet all visitors professionally; distribute mail and faxes.
- Ensure all paperwork relating to job duties is completed in a timely manner.
- Assist in contacting and/or writing correspondence to criminal justice agencies and maintan attendance sheets accurately.
- Perform general clerical/office duties, word processing, and other computer tasks, as needed.
- Gather and prepare all billable services and submit to insurance/funding sources for services rendered.
- Collaborate with and assist Clinical Director, Senior Counselor Phase 1, Court Liaison/Outpatient Counselor-in-Training II, and Outpatient Counselor-in-Training II.
- Inform the Executive Director and Clinical Director of all pertinent information regarding clients and staff.
- Maintain effective working knowledge of the telephone system, copy machine, fax machine, and all other pertinent office equipment.
- Maintain knowledge of and provide accurate information relating to the treatment program and businesses.
- Perform all tasks on Job Duties Checklist; complete additional duties as assigned.
Education and Training
High school diploma or GED required. BA preferred. Previous experienve in office environment required; proven proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Current CPR and First Aid certification.
