Job posting for Rehabilitation Technician

Responsibilities:
1. Transport residents to job sites, medical appointments, etc. Follow daily crew list and driving schedule as assigned.
2. Monitor residents for behavioral patterns and report observations to clinical staff; record all relevant activities in the daily log book and communicate information to appropriate staff.
3. Supervise the self-administration of medication by residents and maintain records in accordance with specified procedures.
4. Supervise random drug screens as directed by supervisor and counselor.
5. Attend all staff meetings.
6. Complete admission and discharge duties and paperwork as assigned.
7. Perform other projects and duties as assigned, including, but not limited to: supply distribution, rule enforcement, sorting and/or storage of residents' personal items, building safety and security checks, monitoring the daily schedule, resident supervision, vehicle tracking, and driving Synergy vehicles to be filled with gas, etc.
8. Perform all duties on the Job Duties Checklist.
Education and Training:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Must have basic literacy skills.
Valid driver's license - Class D with F endorsement
Current CPR certification
