Transitional Housing

Synergy offers affordable housing and other supportive services to adult men and women who have completed a local substance abuse treatment program and are in danger of becoming homeless.  Services are offered to help maintain sobriety, find employment, gain personal and financial independence, stimulate social reintegration, and  inspire family reunification.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Adult men and women 18 and older
  • Highly motivated toward recovery
  • Pursuit of permanent housing
  • Successful completion of a treatment program
  • Must be employed
  • Non-violent legal history
  • Must be able to pay rent, which is $75 per week
